HAHAH yes thats the best part! Everyone should at least have gotten motivated and lost some weight even may it be small. Each day gets us closer to our goals in life, anda happier one without the unwanted baggage hehe

Wow.... almost 20 lbs....
I just keep going from 10 lbs lost to 14 lbs lost..
I just got out of this numbers!!! So happy that I logged right in to type my measurements..
I think 21 inches makes more differences than 20 lbs!!!!

I've just been reading your diary and, you know....... it looks like we've taken a similar journey --- I had that almost exact same experience last year... hovering between the high/mid 70kgs, dropping down to mid-60's and back up again and so on. It's crazily frustrating isn't it!!!
I'm aiming for exactly the same weight, 55kg ... but still have a long way to go ...
I'm a bit confused cos on your ticker it says 18 lbs to lose and yet it looks like you weigh 123 lbs, which is practically 2 lbs away from 55kgs.
Sooooo maybe I'm being thick or something. haha.
Well done for all your hard work, and losing all those inches !!!

Yup, I gained weight again. I haven't been watching what I am eating the last few weeks. I ate too much. I know it, because I feel it on my throat all the excess food I have been eaten. I even went to a chinese restaurant for a few weeks the last two weeks. Although I didn't ate that much there... the food is all oil and fat. WHOA~!~! Now I think about it. I hope to get back to my journey again. I will count my calories from now on and try to do more exercise. I hope to lose 2.4 little lbs, so I can be 55.9 kg. The 55 kg (121 lbs) seems such a long journey. But I know it isn't. If I just get back to track.. I know I can lose weight in stead of gaining weight. Come on... just keep control on your eating..... We will see next week if I can reach it.. Bye for now..

I think like you said the best thing to do is count your cals and watch your food...CHinese Food is horrible for the body, too bad it tastes so goooood!!!I really want some I need to figure out where i cna fit it into my week without it affecting my weigh in for the challenge!!!
I believe exercise is key or well goes hand in hand with diet, ya wanna loose and push yourself to loose more you need to eat as clean as you can and exercise, you dont really exercise now right, so once you start doing something Im sure your body will respond...
Even though your end point seems so far away...just keep on trucking along with little changes and once you get to the 55kg re-evalute![]()
