2 stone gone!!!!! :hurray: :hurray: :hurray:

I've weighed in at 10st 9.4lb :) .......and that also means i'm finally into the 140s! *happy dance*
 
Thank you dear! I've found the source of my weight loss, i've been unaware of how many calories i've been eating. Some days I haven't even hit 1000, so no wonder i've been losing (someone on my other diary noticed, I wouldn't have known otherwise) I thought all was well because I was still eating 3 meals plus snacks but some of em were just too low. I'm upping it today though, don't want to ruin my metabolism.
 
I've been really naughty today and had a McDonalds. I'm regretting it now though.

I did do it healthier than normal though.

Usually i'd get a large McChicken sandwich meal with a large milkshake (which has over 600 cals....in a drink!) so today I had......

Medium fries with a chicken wrap (lettuce only) and a small still fanta.

But still, I feel guilty and fearful of the scales going up in the morning. Please don't!

It has caused me to gain quite a few pounds over the last couple of years!

Thank you dear! Ha yep it's defo accountable for a few of my pounds aswell! Its not even that nice these days, it was so much nicer when I was a kid. Now its just layered in tonnes of salt - not cool!

Well that McDonalds didn't make me put any weight on. In fact, it helped me lose that .4 of the 9lb. So this mornings weigh in showed me to be 10st 9lb exactly. It just goes to show you can have junk food as long as its in moderation :D

148lb! :hurray: Exactly 1 stone away from a healthy BMI! I can't believe that by the time I get there i'll be able to say i've lost 3 stone. How amazing would that be! In January all these goals were just a hopeless desire, I had no faith in it, I thought I would give up after a week and i'd never make any progress and here I am 6 months later feeling better and my goals in sight!

I said well done on my last post, and I don't have much to add to that... except that I'm sitting here with a big grin on my face reading this. Seriously. I'm so pleased for you.
 
I feel like a freaking whale today! I woke up at 4am STARVING, so I made myself 4 slices of butter toast and now i'm dreading tomorrows weigh in.

Not only this, but I have intense cravings to cook a couple of chicken burgers. Grrrrr
 
Try not to stress too much. These things happen, just do the best you can in the present moment. Do you know of any low calorie alternatives to the chicken burgers?
 
The chicken burgers aren't that bad in calories actually. I think theres like 180 in 1 which is low in my opinion in comparison to some! I ended up with hot dogs and beans. Still feel like a beast though!

From the pics you can clearly see the difference and already now you look amazing! You are doing great!!!

For the note, I love love love crisps as well... arghhh, why they are so bad??? I could eat a whole big bag without problems.

I love crisps too. I haven't given them up, I just eat less of them and have a healthier option :D

I'm slowly making progress. (I slipped up a few weeks ago celebrating getting my driving license and found it a bit hard getting the weight off even though it was only 2lb) back on track now and making progress.

I am now 12lb away from a healthy BMI! So gone from being 43lb overweight to 12lb, so pleased with myself. I'm confident i'll get to 9 stone eventually, right now I am 10 stone 6lb.
