Good news today, not only did the scale tell me i'm now 150lb WOOP WOOP! That also means that i've finally reached my first goal. It also means i'm now the weight which I usually am before I piled a load more on. It also means that i'm so close to being in the 140s!

What are you doing differently to see the numbers plummet so much? are you just being super strict with your eating? I need to read through your diary for motivation.
 
I honestly don't know why my weight is dropping so quickly Carrie. I'm doing the same as usual.

Wednesday 8th June

Todays weigh in: 10st 13.6lb :happydance:

Breakfast
2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch
Grilled bacon (4 slices) with baked beans
Yogurt

Tea
Grilled chicken pieces
Yogurt

Snacks -
2 ww biscuits
Quavers x 2 :blush:
Cup of tea with 2 ww biscuits
Couple of mouthfuls of milk (semi skim)

Exercise Done :D
- WOW warm up & cardio

- 100 jumping jacks
- 90 crunches
- 80 squats
- 20 leg lifts
- 60 jumping jacks
- 50 crunches
- 40 squats
- 20 jumping jacks
- 50 push ups

I feel pretty damn good today

I've lost my diet mojo and now i'm just a fat ball of misery and singledom. You're so amazing.
 
Thursday 9th June

Todays weigh in: 10st 13.8lb

I really don't think i'm going to be able to do any exercise tonight. I have exercised 5 nights in a row and my foot is really sore now. So I think i'll give it a break tonight, gutted because on nights without exercise sometimes my weight goes up a tad.
