Well today i've messed up a bit, but trying to redeem myself.
I don't normally count calories but trying to today so I don't go too far over (some of these are approx)
A banana (170)
10 biscuits *cringe* (22 each so....220)
A yogurt (Around 130)
A packet of snack a jacks (89)
A yogurt (149)
A packet of weight watchers biscuits (89)
So 847 so far.....not as bad as I thought actually. I have had 2 cups of tea though with 5 sugars in each (I left my sweetners at my Mums). So I dunno how many calories are in those?!
And then for tea I plan on having a chicken salad with potatoes, lettuce, cucumber and likely another yogurt. So actually I haven't messed up as much as I had (thank god those 10 biscuits don't have as many calories as I though!!)
I will be doing exercise tonight!! I'm dying to get into the 10 stones, which is only 2lb away!!!!
EDIT: Exercise done

i'm doubtful that the scales will go down tomorrow but we shall see!
