Thanks dearie!! Its always around this time that I mess up because I see no results and end up bingeing. Today unfortunately I have ate crap all day, i've been travelling for 5 1/2 hours so its all been convenience food (and a lot of crisps *blush*)
Well.......
A banana, with a packet of weight watchers biscuits
A packet of snack a jacks
A bottle of juice
2 grab bag quavers
1 pack of quavers 25% extra
A sausage roll
A footlong subway (chicken and lettuce only)
And now its 8:30PM and i'm pulling what I think may be an all nighter so I have food in case I get hungry and energy drinks (which are packed with calories). I have 2 energy drinks and the food is a huge bag of quavers (even bigger than the grab bag).
I'm so embarrassed about the amount of crisps i've eaten today, but i'm still happy because I went for the healthier option. If I have to eat crisps I always go for Quavers because they have half the calories of a normal packet of crisps.
I'm not sure how many calories i've had today, let me have a guesstimate......
So far, i've had around 1808, if I drink the other energy drink and eat the crisps it'll go to around 2200 (thoroughly disgusted) and I haven't even been able to do any exercise to put things right. Good job i'm not weighing myself tomorrow. I'll be exercising tomorrow night when I get home so hopefully the scales won't show a huge blip on friday morning but right now i'm feeling like crap (my own fault I know, but like I said, travelling at awkward times of day = convenience food, next time i'll take a packed lunch!!).
