Looks like you are halfway to you first goal weight. That's great. Keep up the good work.

Speaking of work, think about why its important that you do it. Is it study? Think about your long term goals. That might help. Or is just satisfying your boss? In which case, i don't know. Maybe you need a new job if you are not motivated by your current one.

Its for study! :) I've got an essay to do for thursday but I can't be bothered! This is why easter holidays are a bad idea haha, they make you lazy! On the bright side, once this bit of work is done, i'll be finished until September!!
 
Well i'd consider today to be a successful one despite my stomach feeling like its going to pop! (I haven't eaten THAT much).

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
A yogurt
6 mini grilled cocktail sausages with mashed potato and 3 yorkshire puddings (not many calories) and a yogurt
Lettuce, cucumber with a packet of snack a jacks and a yogurt.

And exercise has been done :hurray: come on scales, please go down tomorrow!! Gimmie something to smile about!
 
Aw I feel so disappointed. The scales stayed exactly the same which i'm quite surprised at, though I do have a time of the month where they just don't budge for like a week so maybe this is it - its a very frustrating time.

On top of that i've woken up to a massive headache AND I need to get cracking with this uni work. Not a great start to the day! :(

Well unfortunately my healthy eating has gone out the window today. Its that TOM when I feel like eating everything. No matter what or how much I eat, I feel hungry or i'll crave. So i've given in and having a fatty lunch.

So far i've had......

A packet of snack a jacks, weight watchers biscuits and a yogurt (so far so good)

And now for lunch i'm having southern fried potato wedges, 2 chicken burgers and 2 buttered slices of bread. Because I want to.

I could redeem myself at tea time by eating something light, like 2 scrambled eggs and exercise but its not looking likely because a) I can't be bothered and b) I think its going to be one of those days where I snack all day :(
 
Tomorrow is a new day. I think you will feel better once you've got that essay done. Maybe you will have to force yourself to start on it.

I think when you feel like that about a task, it upsets all your brain chemicals so much and this is why i think you want to eat eat eat. The essay is probably the most important thing right now. Take it easy on yourself and as soon as you've got that essay out of the way, get back on your diet wagon.

It doesn't matter if a scales go up a tad. Jeez mine are going up adn down like crazy every day. Though its mainly due to water i know. But anyhow, i just ignore it and keep going. If i was going through what you are going through now, I'd would try to just not to get too down on myself.

Keep logging everything though.

You're right, i'm sure once this work is done i'll be less irritable and less likely to snack often. I think i'm just looking for a distraction from it. I have made a start on it, not a huge one, but still, its a start! :)

Well today i've had........

And thats it, I REFUSE to eat any more. I don't think i've done any damage yet if I stop now. I am about to do my exercise though! :D

Scales still haven't gone down today, that means if they don't tomorrow then I haven't seen a loss in a whole week :( not a great start to my day!!

Unfortunately I always think that at TOM you just have to assume your not gonna lose anything, just one of those things.

You're on your rag so obv you're bloated & retaining water.
Once you finish your period you'll see a loss.
 
Thanks dearie!! Its always around this time that I mess up because I see no results and end up bingeing. Today unfortunately I have ate crap all day, i've been travelling for 5 1/2 hours so its all been convenience food (and a lot of crisps *blush*)

Well.......

A banana, with a packet of weight watchers biscuits
A packet of snack a jacks
A bottle of juice
2 grab bag quavers
1 pack of quavers 25% extra
A sausage roll
A footlong subway (chicken and lettuce only)

And now its 8:30PM and i'm pulling what I think may be an all nighter so I have food in case I get hungry and energy drinks (which are packed with calories). I have 2 energy drinks and the food is a huge bag of quavers (even bigger than the grab bag).

I'm so embarrassed about the amount of crisps i've eaten today, but i'm still happy because I went for the healthier option. If I have to eat crisps I always go for Quavers because they have half the calories of a normal packet of crisps.

I'm not sure how many calories i've had today, let me have a guesstimate......

So far, i've had around 1808, if I drink the other energy drink and eat the crisps it'll go to around 2200 (thoroughly disgusted) and I haven't even been able to do any exercise to put things right. Good job i'm not weighing myself tomorrow. I'll be exercising tomorrow night when I get home so hopefully the scales won't show a huge blip on friday morning but right now i'm feeling like crap (my own fault I know, but like I said, travelling at awkward times of day = convenience food, next time i'll take a packed lunch!!).
 
Yeh you've made wise choices. Low fat low cal junk.
You should buy sugar free red bull. Same kick, 0 cals.

When i was travelling to Florida, ALL I DID WAS EAT so i can totally relate to your 5 hour journey feasting.

I am SO pissed off. I've put on a lb. Well done Stacey. Yes its only a pound but thats a pound further away from my goal.

I feel disgusting, i've been sat on a boiling hot coach for 5 hours with no air con.
The clothes I ordered don't fit, which makes me feel even fatter.
I feel bloated as fuck.....

AND I'M NOT HAPPY. Can't believe i've put a lb on. Thats another lb away from my goal.

Have a super low cal day tomorrow, fill up on soup and fruit and veggies, and tell yourself noooo junk.
don't give up and dont worry about the clothes. clothes NEVER fit me ha.

Yeah i'll defo be eating healthy tomorrow :) I always eat crap when i'm travelling because its convenience.

A medium McChicken Sandwich meal from McDonalds with strawberry milkshake
A yogurt
A packet of weight watchers biscuits

And my exercise has been done. I'll see the true damage tomorrow when I step on the scale.
 
Well I have indeed put on 1 pound. I know it'll go over the weekend but grrr, will I ever get to 150?!

On the bright side, my bloating has gone down. YAY :)

One of your good days.. you know WW biscuits, cornflakes, salad for dinner, snack a jacks and yogurt. Then you're golden.
Drink lots of diet coke and water to fill you upppp. <3
