My journey to good health....and a hot bod ;)

Great job. Told you it'd be off by the w/e.
So glad there's nothing too much to worry about health wise.
Safe journey home.

Thanks ladies! Yep its good news, only problem is that I don't have a wooden floor anywhere here at home, so i'm hoping the bathroom floor will do (it's like a wet room floor so not very flat), I think its weighing a couple of pound heavier than usual but i'm not sure, so we'll see how that goes tomorrow morning.

Today has been a good day, i've had......

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
3 packets of weight watchers biscuits
A chicken salad with cucumber, lettuce and a yogurt
A weight watchers chicken casserole
A packet of snack a jacks
A bottle of orange juice

And no exercise. I know that looks like a lot, but i've been up since 4 this morning, so had breakfast early, so by the time I got home at 9, I was starving again.

Despite that, i'd consider it a healthy day because things i've eaten aren't high in calories and I didn't binge. :)

Can I just apologise for neglecting everyones diaries lately, i've been super busy with travelling, getting work done and being a bit ill in general. When I get a second to actually spend some time on this site, I will catch up will all your diaries very soon! :)

That's super healthy.
Go yoooou.
You could always take teh scales outside??

Hey,

Just wanted to pop in hear and offer advice if you need it! I am a personal trainer so weight loss is my specialty! Doing great so far. Remember to balance your meals with enough nutrients to support weight loss. One very important thing to remember is staying physcially active all the time. There are 24 hours in a day and you should sleep 8 so that knocks it down to 16 hours. If you don't maximize most of these hours you wont see weight loss but if you do, you will do great. Remember to burn calories through out the day and not just on workouts. Just thought I would add those hints.
Thanks

Mitch Hell

Thanks for your advice Mitch! As a student, I don't really get much time to burn calories at any other time of day. I spend most of my time either in front of a computer in my room or sat in the library. Workout sessions is really my only chance to get things going.........hasn't done me any harm yet though! :) .....just got to make the most of what time you have, in my case it's not a lot at the moment.

Well i'll consider today to be another successful day!

I've had.....

A banana with a packet of snack a jacks and weight watchers biscuits
A yogurt
A tuna salad with cucumber, lettuce and a packet of snack a jacks - plus a yogurt
A sunday dinner (chicken, mashed potato, broccoli, yorkie pud and gravy)

Exercise has been done too. Good day I reckon :D

Thank you! :)

I think today was a success too, despite a minor slip up.

A banana with a packet of snack a jacks and a yogurt
A thorntons caramel egg (I imagine about 200-250 cals so not too bad a slip up)
A banana
2 scrambled eggs and baked beans with a yogurt

Exercise has been done too. A definite success......though despite my exercise, the scales are only going down by .2 - .4 :( ....hoping they go down by a bit more tomorrow morning. I want to see some results! I've been at 20lb lost for like 3 weeks now! (I think)....( my own fault I know!).

Super day Stacey!!!! Way to go!!

Hey...those eggs are good!! I am trying to resist our easter cream eggs by Cadbury!!!!!!!!
Thank you! :)

Oh god cadburys creme eggs. They are gorgeous!! They really test my will power. The other night my Gran had a box of 6 in front of her I think she had 4 in and she ate them all. She did ask me if I wanted one but I reluctantly said no! Yum Yum!!

FINALLY! Another lb down

I had a slip up today.....a bit of a bigger on than yesterday *punches head* ........

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
A packet of snack a jacks with a packet of weight watchers biscuits and orange juice
1 and a half slices of cheese pizza with some chips and a coke :(
A cup of tea with a kit kat
A packet of snack a jacks with a banana and a yogurt

Exercise has been done!

Well i've had a good start to the day. It's currently 10AM and my exercise has been done :hurray: can relax for the rest of the day now! I'm going over to my Mums and then to the cinema to see Scream 4 :)

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
A jacket potato with baked beans
2 cups of tea
A packet of snack a jacks and cereal bar

I haven't had tea yet, I still have some calorie allowance, so may treat myself to a small popcorn at the cinema!

EDIT: I didn't have any popcorn at the cinema......I had a cereal bar that I book with me so i'm happy that I remained heathy! :)

Hey Stacey, sorry I haven't popped in for awhile.

Don't beat your self up on the minor slip ups (I.e. The small egg) it's prob within your calorie allowance. I find if I restrict mysely from certain foods for too long I end up craving and then there is a binge risk.

Good to see the scales are going in the right direction ! :)

What workouts are you doing at the minute?

Charlie

Hiya Charlie! Thanks for popping in :)

Yeahhhh I find that as well. If I totally restrict something, at some point the craving becomes overpowering and I just binge binge binge!

I'm doing the Vicky Entwhistle WOW dvd. It's awesome, it's the same one that i've been doing since January so i've got that dvd to thank for all the weight i've lost! Sometimes I do the other dvd which is the Ministry of Sound dance dvd, or the clubland one (which hurts haha!).

In the past I had cranked my toning up section up and created my own, but my knee joints are starting to ache so i've brought the intensity back down now to the one on the dvd just to give them a break. When I hit another plateau i'll crank it up again! :)

Good scale day again today! (What a lovely start to the day!) Another lb down :hurray:

Eating hasn't been great today, i've not anything particularly unhealthy really, but my meals have been scattered, not really a proper meal and i'm not hungry enough to have one now.

I've had.......

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
2 packets of quavers with a caramel kit kat and a yogurt
6 biscuits (thank god they only had 22 cals each)
2 cups of tea

So yeah, you can see I haven't really had anything worthwhile today besides weetabix. I might have some scrambled eggs or something later :)

Exercise is done though!
