Ah....just finished a 5k run. The course this morning sucked. thought it was going to be really flat but it turned out to be a lot of up hill and then a steep downhill. Felt good though cause i only walked for 4 minutes.
I also feel so much better, after a stranger two week i finally got my period. There was no reason for it to be later, i wasn't nervous but it was obvious that my whole system was out of wack. It's amazing how much better i feel now than three days ago.
I'm really hoping some weight to be gone tomorrow on weigh in day. I've been hovering at about 223-225 for the past 4 weeks.
My vegetable intake hasn't been that great this past 10 days but last night i had a great colorful salad that tasted amazing.
My legs are almost constantly a little sore so tomorrow rest day will be nice. I've also picked up my core strengthening in the mornings...should help with my running form.
