My Journey to Beauty.

Saturday I rode my horse for 60 mins.
Sunday I went skating for 20 mins, walked the dogs for 30 mins. But it was my dad's b-day so we went out for supper then had ice cream cake.
Monday went to the gym for an hour and a half.
Been eating well except for the sunday.
 
So I am gonna try to get back on it with keeping a food diary.
I am also going to be weighing myself tomorrow, which is odd for me but since we are going on vacation on saturday I want to know my weight just before we go to see if I gained there.

We are going to Jamaica.
My back is ok but I have yet to try any ab exercises which is mostly why I went in the first place. they think I have back problems due to how un-flexible I am in my hamstrings, and that muscle right by your crotch (can't for the life of me remember what it's called). So I really need to work on stretching those out.

I weighed myself this morning which is unusual for us but I worked to late to get to the gym yesterday (which is where I weigh). I did go for a run tho still.
Well I technically weighed 153 which would be a 4 pound loss, but since it was in the morning before eating anything I am gonna add 2 pounds to that and hope I lost about 2 pounds for a weight of 155.
I am not gonna mark that done on my ticker or anything but I just wanted to know roughly how much I was going into the vacation so I knew how much I gained/lost coming out of it.

Yesterday I ate
Breakfast
ww bagel w/ butter
lunch
only had time to grab some carrots and dip
snack at 5 o'clock
I finally could grab a ww pita w chicken sandwich
Supper
cheese/patatoe perogies
smoothie

I ran for about 20 mins .
 
oh ya, wanted to add that I am 5 days away from my 21st birthday, which I will be celebrating in Jamaica.
I have been legal in Canada for several years but I guess now I am legal everywhere, which doesn't matter much to me cause I don't drink or go to clubs but whatever.
 
turning 21 is a big deal... definitely something to celebrate...

take lots of sunscreen with you to jamaica and have a blast :)
 
Thanks, I slacked a bit this week on my exercise. I didn't go to the gym wednesday or thursday, i did run a bit wednesday but that's not enough. but I am hoping to do some exercise in Jamaica and once I get back it's hard core again.
 
well I am back, Vacation was good but I ate FAR too big portions, and my meals consisted of 90-100% carbs, eew. If I haven't gained a ton of weight I will be absolutely shocked!

well I had lost some weight right before I left and I gained that back now. I am not sure of my exact weight as I weighed in the morning but I am around 157 again so....ya.

sorry it's been so long again.
My week did not go great. Went to the gym monday but didn't do any cardio just weights. went tuesday and did the step class. went thursday but only did weights and 20 mins cardio instead of 40.
I also haven't quite broke my bad eating yet. hoping to do that this week as well as get back into going to the gym as much as possible (I can't leave my dog alon tho as he just got neutered and can't lick at his stitches). I will do weights at home if I can' get to the gym
 
hey hope your dog is doing better. just keep at the excercise. as long as you do some doesn't really matter how and where!

wow. long time no post.
So I have been sick and have had pink eye (in both eyes) for the past 3 weeks so I have not been going to the gym, and I have been drowning my sorrows in food. For the first time I went to the gym today and was so scared of weighing myself, well I lost 3 pounds!! haha. Sweet! We took it a bit easy today as my mom has some pain issues right now and we hadn't worked out in a while but losing those 3 pounds really gave me a boost to get back on track! Go me!
 
Whoops sorry, I miscalculated. I went from 157 to 153 so I actually lost 4 pounds. Yay! 5 more pounds till the half way mark!!
 
So yesterday I did lower body. did lighter weigts and such being first time back. then did 20 mins running (took a 5 min break in the middle) and 10 mins on the rower.
Today we are planning to do the spa ball class but from what I hear the new instructor is not very good so we will see.
I am hoping to lose the last 5 pounds to the half way mark by the end of March.
