My Journey to Beauty. Added pics to post 27
Well I am about 2 ish (thought it was 3 but my calculations were wrong) weeks in. I am so proud of myself already. My whole mind has seemed to changed.
I joined Spa Lady and they have set up a program for me (and my mom), though we may alternate with an old program from a different trainer to keep things interesting. The 3 training sessions they did really weren't made to work you hard just teach you the moves so those days were not very hard working, but I have done 4 sessions of a great class called Spa Ball, and a few hard work outs.
They measured and weighed me at the beginning.
Beginning weight:168 lb (Novemeber 7, 07)
I will need to check my sheet to get the exact measurements then will post those as well.

I have been eating so much better, and hardly have any cravings. I do still need to do my nutrition session where hopefully I will get more knowledge about eating right, cause I know I am eating better but not probably the most healthy.
I am planning on getting ingredients to make healthy smoothies today then have that for breakfast rather than a bagel.
Next week I have my next weigh in and measurements, will let you know how that goes!
Here is my basic work out.
5 minutes warm up (bike, eliptical, or treadmill)
Weights, not sure how long this takes. One day I do full body, the next day I work out I do arms, then the next day I do legs).
Then I do 30-40 mins cardio. At the end I stretch.
I also ride my horse which is a bit of a work out too.
I go to the gym Monday-Thursday and Saturday. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday is regular workout that I mentioned above. Tuesday and Saturday is a class.
My normal food for the day is
Whole Wheat Bagel with butter, though I am now subbing this out with a healthy smoothie)
I try to have a snack, an orange or sometimes a couple almonds
Lunch is a sandwich/wrap. And some carrots/cucumber with dip.
Try again to have an orange or a couple almonds
Supper is whatever is made though small portions.
I try not to eat after 7.
Well that's the basic plan. But will keep updating.
