I haven't lost a ton, but I'm down to about 238 (I just weighed myself today). I can see so many physical similarities between myself and you, and it boggles my mind how you can go threee miles every day! The most I've done is 1.5 miles at one time

But the important thing is getting on it everyday, right?
I've started replacing junky foods with foods that taste similar but are healthier - chicken bugers instead of hamburgers, frozen yogurt instead of ice cream...that seems to work out good.
Your issues seem to be mostly food-related, so have you tried writing down a list of food you love or food that you eat when you get emotional, and replacing them with healthier crap? Or possibly replacing them with fruit you like or something like that? It won't be ridiculous healthy, but it'll be better than what you're doing, right?
Like if popsicles are you thing, you could get a popsicle tray and make your own out of fruit juices or something?
