first of all the only reason the lakers lost a couple of times was because thy got lazy and careless due to the fact tha yaomin was hurt . And ivette thas preaty awsome hiking I've only gone once hiking but I loved it ! Thanks ivette for your support in this weight loss journey u been a true pal thanks !

Omg talk about leaving last week in a bottle.. I had a very hard end of the week. My business is so damn stressful... But regardless.. Lakers Did awesome yesterday....We won!! but truly what a damn bipolar team.. I can't stand it sometimes...:rant:Other than that just hanging in there trying to make the best out of this week. Go find some new clients.. I went to a beautiful wedding on saturday, most people haven't seen me in over 10 years and thought I looked great!!!:hurray::hurray: It was awesome I could even take the complements aww.. Thanks!!:) Funny.. a few months ago I wouldve been like are you lying.. Read my emails and damn is business stressful!!!!!!!!!!:leaving::leaving: I'm trying really hard to save an escrow and the damn appraisals arent' coming thru.... they really want to give these damn houses away for free... God I love my job but ughhhhhhhhhhhhh:rant: Regardless... I'm having a good day.. I'm gonna force it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:iagree: At least now when I stress I don't eat like a :piggy: no more.. I kinda really control myself.. It's working opposite nowadays.. I just don't eat which is much better than binge eating.. My weight is starting to really really come off and everyone is noticing.. So yeaaaaaaaaaaa..... I'm going to gym today before laker game and then I'm watching the game.. So this week is over thank god... Truly I think I stick myself into my own predicaments in life.. So it's all my fucking fault.. I just need much more action.. I have been doing horrible with a capitol H.. I think I even spelled capitol wrong???? Regardless, food wise I have done horrible.. work wise I have been the laziest chick on the planet.. and it's really starting to affect me once again.. my self esteem is diminishing.. and me i;m just feeling more and more like shit.. So my only true solution is change Ivette!!:):party:Life's kinda weird like that sometimes. I just know that I need to catch myself . I'm really annoyed too.. ugghhhhhhhh.. I'm going with a bunch of friends on a boat tomorrow.. and ughggggggg I didn't make it to the fucking bikini.. and even worse I've been stuck at this same stupid weight for over a month.. :svengo: Not cause I'm on a plateau but because I have just been a real lazy bitch.. Hey so it's sunday afternoon. I'm back on full force again.. Feel really happy and proud of myself. It's been a mission.. But you know I'm doing it and doing it and doing it right.. Of course I'm only human and fall off once in a while but in the long run I'm taking it to the finish line...:party:So as for tomorrow I will start everything full force especially going to the gym at least 3 times a week which is something i really stopped doing that I need to not stop.. :party: The awesome part about it all is too catch yourself and not stop.. So regardelss I will try hard to keep on checking in..

Hey so what is your current diet program?? You are doing amazing!!! Good for you.. I guess it's hard but you have truly stuck it through.. I fall of so quick and it's so damn hard to get back in focus.. How do you do it?? I'm currently on lyle mcdonalds ultimate diet 2.0. To drop the last 10. But before it was typically a gung ho approach during the week. And if some sort of social thing was going on where eating was involved I would try follow the same principles. Prioritizing veggies and protein.

But low carb bottom line works well for me. That and calorie counting. Its really easy to over eat carbs if u arnt keeping a close eye on it
