awww.. I miss this place.. So much support.. I will reply to everyone later but thanks so much for stopping by.. I would not be able to keep this going mentally with out all this positive support.. This week I have been overwhelmed to extremes with a busy schuedule. I have tried so hard to keep my diet and excersize but I was feeling down.. And guess what I lost another 5 pounds.. I was in shock.. I thought the scale was broken.. but I did.,. So you know this time I'm really in it for reals.. My ticker disappeared and I don't know where to find it.. But I'm down to like a 20lb loss and woooooooooooooohooooooooooooo!!!!! We doing it and doing it... :party: :party:

wow woman way to go!!! Stress gets me down too..but the best part is that running... reduces that stress.. .the workout scene does wonders... even though its the LAST THING you feel like doing hehe.

Hey everyone!! oh my god do I have work!! I feel blessed in so many ways because having business really helps but then I lose focus in my weight management.. I'm still doing good.. I have not lost any weight but I haven't gained any either.. Regardless guess what I joined a soccer team every friday night to get extra excersize.. Don't know how to play soccer but shit sounds like good cardio hah?? still going to my body bag sessions and still guzzling the water like theres no tomorrow.. :cheers2: Well I will be going on everyones diary.. Right now I have no time for everything.. I went to a party saturday night and wore a dress and everyone complemented me on how good I look.. So hell yeah I am doing something right... :cheers2:
