My Inbetween After Losing 45 lbs - starting 266.2

thanks guys as for the stretch marks I had before in stomach its the scars are slowly blending in, but its not noticeable as it was before. I am also a strawberry fan, love strawberries and summer has the sweetest strawberries, so it has its skin benefits as well =D

A little update from last month. Currently I am down to 213.8 lbs, working hard, watching what I eat, and enjoying it.
 
dude, thats amazing. I can see you have definition in your shoulders and chest now. Thats pretty much what i'm striving for. lol

What kind of weight/strength training do you do?
 
Majority of my weight training I do involves high repetition targeting multiple muscle groups one good example for a workout that I do is that squat-bicepcurl-shoulderpress reps of 16/12/14. I do tend focus on my lower body and core since majority of my workout comes from cardio, strenghtening my leg muscles and calves is a must for me.
