Way to go with the lost inches girl! Whoo hoo! Keep it up. You're diet sounds very healthy, I'm sure you must be feeling great.

I am still doing very well despite not being here for a while. I weigh myself tomorrow but I know I have lost more because I bought a pair of jeans last night in a smaller size and they fit perfectly!!! :D I was so happy I started dancing around my bedroom!

I am also still doing well at the gym. I went over my workout with one of the trainers there and I am doing a weight training workout and cardio 3x a week and just cardio 2x a week for a total of 5x a week!! I had an awesome workout today on the treadmill. I did 1o mins on the elliptical and 50 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 480 calories burned! wooooohoooooooo!!! ok well I will keep in touch! :)

well I went to the gym yesterday, had an awesome workout!! I am going this morning too. I just dropped another 5 lbs! my starting weight when I joined this site was 236 and I am down to 223! that's in about 5 weeks i think.I can't wait to get below 200. I can't wait to see a big ol' 1 in front of the other numbers! ;) I am having a yogurt and an apple before I go to the gym. I will check in later!
 
wow jenn - amazing success!! its awesome to see someone else doing the low GI diet, i've been on it for about 5 weeks and i think its great. i stopped snacking at night too, and i easily drink 2-3 ltrs of water a day. also, WELL DONE on getting to the gym!! i know how hard that is, but i've been maintaining at least three visits a week for the month i've been going and i love it.

good for you, can't wait to watch your progress!
