wow jenn - amazing success!! its awesome to see someone else doing the low GI diet, i've been on it for about 5 weeks and i think its great. i stopped snacking at night too, and i easily drink 2-3 ltrs of water a day. also, WELL DONE on getting to the gym!! i know how hard that is, but i've been maintaining at least three visits a week for the month i've been going and i love it.
