Day 67
Today's Weight: 177.2
Yesterday's Diet:
Breakfast: Cereal + 1/2 PB+J Sandwich
Lunch: Sandwich with ham, mayo, lettuce, mustard. 1/2 PB+J Sandwich, grapes, juice, carrots, muffin.
Dinner: Tacos! I had about 5 but they weren't very big. Had some frozen yogurt and two cookies for dessert. I'm bad! D;
Yesterday's Workout: Chest and Tri's workout. Felt great, my favorite workout day. Little sore from it today, which is good! only have 7 more possible days of workouts! D: So sad! It's okay, I'm almost home!
I have been seriously lacking on the cardio lately. It's just not as fun as weights. But I think I'll go for a nice run today. Should be good.
