Day 67


Today's Weight: 177.2


Yesterday's Diet:


Breakfast: Cereal + 1/2 PB+J Sandwich


Lunch: Sandwich with ham, mayo, lettuce, mustard. 1/2 PB+J Sandwich, grapes, juice, carrots, muffin.


Dinner: Tacos! I had about 5 but they weren't very big. Had some frozen yogurt and two cookies for dessert. I'm bad! D;


Yesterday's Workout: Chest and Tri's workout. Felt great, my favorite workout day. Little sore from it today, which is good! only have 7 more possible days of workouts! D: So sad! It's okay, I'm almost home! :D


I have been seriously lacking on the cardio lately. It's just not as fun as weights. But I think I'll go for a nice run today. Should be good.

Day 68, 69, 70 - Weekend Update!


Today's Weight: 177.7


Diet:


Saturday was a big cheat day. I usually try to keep it to cheat meals but it was a full on cheat day! Well actually the meals I had were healthy but I had bad snacks and desserts. :( It's okay I was much better on Sunday.


Workout: Got my workout in on Friday after work. Was realllllyyyy good. Did my shoulder and Bicep workout and then ran 3 miles in 25 minutes. Love it! Didn't workout on Saturday but I spent about 4 hours walking around at the mall and walking home while resisting my urge to go to the food court. So that was pretty good.


Last week before I head to Europe. I'm so excited to be leaving. I'm pumped for my trip and excited to see my friends, family and most important my girlfriend. Show off my new in shape body :p :p


I felt great about my body on Saturday I went and bought two shirts from RW + Co. They're nice well fitted v-necks. They look good, and not too expensive either :D!

AHave fun in Europe next week!! I wish I was going to Europe. I'm so jealous. :p Sounds like you're still doing great though...keep it up. And enjoy showing off your new changes to the girlfriend..lol!! Have a great week Snezy! :)

Day 71


Today's Weight; Had plenty of time to weigh myself but I just forgot haha


Yesterday's Diet:


Breakfast: Cereal with blueberries


Lunch: 1 Sandwich with PB+J, 1 Sandwich with corn beef lettuce and mustard, a muffin, some grapes, and a yogurt.


Dinner: 2 'Sloppy Joes' with a small salad.


Workout:


Went to the gym at lunch, that's why I ate so much for lunch; half before, half after. Did my back and legs workout. I did 7 pull ups!!! :D!! 3 away from my goal, I'm going to be so proud when I break next Tuesday, the day I leave for Europe! :D Dead lifted and squatted 205 which is pretty big for me, proud of it. I only have 6 workouts left! :'(. Chest day today though :D


My dad is in town, it's nice to see a familiar face. Have a great day everybody.
 
I'm super down/stressed today. Don't feel like doing anything. Weight is showing it, up to 182 today... sigh
 
Sorry to hear that.... Strange that a lot of people (including myself) seem to be reporting that they are just tired or feel exhausted this week... All I can say is that you'll probably feel better and more energized if you get out there and do something active, even if it's not what you normally do for a workout :)

I hope you're feeling happier soon! It's hard to get anything done when upset/exhausted. WIth the baby I'm always feeling exhausted and I don't know how to overcome that and get workouts in...Ah well, starting with my calories, will work on exercise at some point.
 
Hi everybody


Yesterday was a rough day. I'm back down to 181.2 at least... I can't believe that I gained that much that quickly. I'm going to really focus on cardio over the next few days. I've been so focused on strength training that I've lost focus on my cardio.


Anyways, I feel a little better today. Last night was a rough night... bad thoughts. Currently I'm dealing with the stress a little, but it could get the better of me. Just going to focus on one thing at a time. As soon as I'm on the plane I'll be fine, until then it's going to be crazy!

Well tomorrow I leave for Europe!


My weight was 180 today. I guess I'm okay with that, I still look pretty good, I think some of that has to be muscle.



Anyways... I feel great now. Done work, off to Europe. Should be a great vacation. I need it. School will be tough when I start and I need some R+R.


I'm excited to see my girlfriend again. We had a nice talk last night, she seemed like she missed me. :)


I will do some minor exercises at night time while on my trip. Push ups and sit ups mostly. I'll be doing tons of walking so maybe I'll be able to get back to 175. We'll see


I won't be on here till Sept. 12th most likely. So I wish all of you the best. Good luck with your goals I hope you have a great end to your summer! (If you're in the northern hemisphere :p)
