I finally broke down and bought a scale today, about what I expected at 270lbs. I have been jogging at least 3 times a week since September for the most part. I think I'm going to up the ante a little bit after seeing all these success stories and getting some motivation again. I have also started watching the calories a little more closely this week and keeping them at about 2000 a day. Well pics say 1000 words so on to the fun.
This was taken in the beginning back in Sept, kinda hard to see what's goin on b/c of the jacket but you get the idea:
Late Sept 2007 (Don't know my weight here, didn't really want to know)
First pic is from Jan 14 2008 (Been jogging pretty regularly since Sept. Usually about 3 times a week at least, worked up to about 2 miles now)
Update:
Before and after of 1 month (Jan 14 to Feb 14). Jogging about 2.5 miles and I'm 10 lbs down, I can't really see a difference but the scale says it's there so...that will have to do for now.
Words of encouragement are always welcome and I'm going to keep up on the photo's, track my progress, I always love seeing before and afters! Lol...
