Hey there girl, just wanted to get in my two cents
. IMHO, slipping in something unhealthy once in a while is good for your sanity and your diet. Maybe on days when you feel like going wrong, or you've gone and had a few drinks, you can plan to eat something "bad" but plan ahead that you'll allow yourself the treat but you have to minimize the damage (such as getting veggies rather than sausage on the pizza and limiting it to 2 slices, or ordering one of the very few healthy things on a Chinese menu, such as steamed chicken, but then throw in one unhealthy fatty thing like an egg roll (which doesn't end up being so bad as a whole order of the greasy stuff they make). Its hard to go from eating junk lots to going completely healthy all at once.
