MY diary..........I guess....

Birthday was this weekend, I feel like I kinda lost my way....Time to get refocused and stay that way atleast until thanksgiving...

251........working 12 hrs a day so not much time to excercise right now...not much energy either. Hopefully be in the 240's next week.

Went to dr for check up.......weighed in at 244 withiout my boots, 3 lbs or so for shoes. Dr was impressed with my weight loss. 2 months and almost 20 lbs. I feel great now. He may lower my cholesterol meds after next visit. I am staying on them because of family history. I have been riding bike more and longer. rode 12 miles yesterday and 3-5 min at 30mph pace and heart rate at or near 180bpm. Felt real good when done. On bike I am working on cadence training I guess more than riding....I am trying to keep pedal speed the same at any gear on bike which I am getting to, doing sprints. Not sure I can go all out for extended period of time. A am now looking at getting a heavy bag to help with upperbody strength and core. I will alternate riding and hitting days, unless a short 30 min ride or so in moring before work. Well Till next time. OUT.
 
I also wore a pair of pants that I havent worn in like 5yrs. and they werent hard to get on and just a little snug. still have 20+ pair of jeans to try out as I burn the fat.
 
Still hainging in there, not gained any back yet. just plataeud a bit here, gad a sinus infection kept me from activities for a few days, now tired alot. GONNA GET THE MOJO BACK. later all out.
 
well, I fell of the horse. Now the new year us here, its time to stay focused and get a routine. I would venture to say that I am back near the mid 250's. I feel horrible. There is no time like the present I guess.
