My Diary #2

Ok so I starting dieting in november and I made a Diary here with everything I ate and did etc, But as I was extremely busy around that time I only managed to keep it up untill early december, I stopped posting but carried on dieting and got from 20.8 stone down to 18.12...untill christmas, then it all went downhill from there.... Large christmas dinners, chocolates from presents etc... I just completly went off track and have not got back on untill now!

Im starting dieting again today and even joined a Gym last saturday! I have been twice now (just got back infact) first time was my induction which was 1 hour then my 2nd time I was left to it and managed 1hour 45mins. I weighed myself there and it read 19.3 stone which is +5 pounds since I stopped dieting :(

Im determined this time to stay on track and keep going to the gym regulary! I will post what I have eaten and any excersie I have done so people who know more then me about all this stuff can give me pointers or tell me if im doing something wrong! :p

Monday 14/3/11
Got up for work at 4.30am, didnt eat anything but when I got to work I bought a flapjack from the vending machine and ate half of that (those things are filling!) and gave the rest away to a friend. Break time at 10.30am I ate a bowl of Special K cereal with semi-skimmed milk. Finished work at 2pm and went home, rested for an hour then went to the gym.

At the gym I did 20mins on the excersie bike, 15mins on the cross trainer, 10mins on the stepper, 10mins on the leg press (60KG), 15mins on the chest press (35KG), 10mins on this thing I cant remember the name of lol, then 10 mins to finish it off on the rower. In total my gym key told me I lost 450 calories but im not sure how accurate that thing is or if thats alot/not alot.

I got home from the gym at 5pm and felt a bit hungry so i had a couple spoons on low fat cottage cheese and a 400g pot of mixed fruit. I will be having a chicken salad later with a small amount of ceaser salad dressing and hopefuly no snacks later on!! I will update if i do though.

Oh and if anyone was wondering, im 6ft2, 269 pounds and im 21 years old!
Let me know if I've missed any important information out or what-not.

Thanks Tally! I just needed some motivation to get back into it again, realy determined to stick with it this time!

Tuesday 15/03/11

Day off work today, wasnt feeling to well to start off, bad head ache and no appetite, ate a small bowl of special K at 8am, then went back to bed till 2pm... Woke up feeling better and decided to go to the cinema with my step dad to see Battle Los Angeles at 3pm, was a good film with great special effects and action scenes, I recommend it! While at the cinema I had a large diet pepsi and a hot dog as I felt a bit hungry...regreting it now as I feel a bit sick, dont think I will eat anything again for the rest of the day but I will update this post if I do.

No gym today as I was not feeling well and my right arm is killing me! Think I over did it with the weights at the gym yesterday.
 
Ok so I did end up eating something else, I ate a beef sandwich at 10pm :) was very delicious! But I know its not a good idea to eat before bed and should realy try not to do it again!

Work early in the morning again :( I hate the early shifts!!
 
Wednesday 16/03/11

Had the day off work today, woke up at 11am but didnt eat anything untill 2pm, I ate just a banana as I wasnt feeling hungry.

Went out with friends later on at 7pm to an indian resteraunt and ate a chicken tikka masala, with vegtable rice and a keema naan bread. That alone was probably more caloires then I needed for the day in 1 go lol.

That was it for the day realy, didnt do much, couldnt be bothered to go to the gym as my right arm is still realy hurting!

Got work tomorrow... :( but at least i have sunday off so I can go out saturday night for a 'few' drinks as its payday woo! :p
 
Thursday 17/03/11

Got up for work at 4.30am but didnt eat anything untill break at 10.30, I ate a flapjack. Got home at 2.30pm, ate a ham and mustard sandwich. Didnt get hungry again untill 7.30pm, I ate a bowl of chicken noodles and a mini pizza.

Too tierd after work to go to gym... Only been once this week so far which is no good, might go after work tomorrow for an hour, then gonna go watch Paul in the cinema later on, should be fun!
 
Friday 18/03/11

Got up for work at the usual time, didnt eat anything untill 8.30am, I had the usual flapjack as they realy keep me filled up for most the day, went for break at 10.30 and ate a small bowl of cereal with skimmed milk.

Finished at 2pm, didnt eat again untill 5.30pm as I was busy all day, I ate a chicken risotto(sp?) for dinner, then went to cinema to see 'Paul', was bloody brilliant, great laugh indeed. All I had at the cinema was a large diet pepsi, even though they gave me a free Yorkie bar, I just gave it to my friend. I LOVE Yorkie bars too!

Was realy planning on hitting the gym today but as I said, i've been busy since finishing work and not had chance... :(

Just got home at 11pm, have cracked open a can of Fosters and am chilling for a bit before bed :)
 
Saturday 19/03/11

Work at 6am as usual (I hate mornings! on lates next week so its a bit better)
Ate flap jack just before shift to keep me going till break, had the usual bowl of Special K cereal with skimmed milk.

Got in from work and ate a chicken and salad sandwich with some Kettle Crisps that I got free from work :p Fell to sleep on sofa untill 6pm, got up and ate a ham sandwich then went out to pubs with some mates for a 'few' drinks!

Great day, sunday is just gonna be a lazy rest day now :)
