Ok so I starting dieting in november and I made a Diary here with everything I ate and did etc, But as I was extremely busy around that time I only managed to keep it up untill early december, I stopped posting but carried on dieting and got from 20.8 stone down to 18.12...untill christmas, then it all went downhill from there.... Large christmas dinners, chocolates from presents etc... I just completly went off track and have not got back on untill now!
Im starting dieting again today and even joined a Gym last saturday! I have been twice now (just got back infact) first time was my induction which was 1 hour then my 2nd time I was left to it and managed 1hour 45mins. I weighed myself there and it read 19.3 stone which is +5 pounds since I stopped dieting
Im determined this time to stay on track and keep going to the gym regulary! I will post what I have eaten and any excersie I have done so people who know more then me about all this stuff can give me pointers or tell me if im doing something wrong!
