Wow, you are having a very motivating day! I've been sitting in my office doing paperwork and dealing with a wonkey phone system all day and frankly, I'm jealous of all the stuff you've been able to do.
Well it's because I live with my parents, I'm off work for the week because I only do my internship in computers monday and tuesday..might as well put it to good use. I'm just so tired of being fat...I want to gain muscle too.
I fininished the 30 minutes of strength training on the wii...although I should say it is no substitute for the gym and using dumbbells. When I used to go to the gym and do bicep curls, I could feel my muscle get hard the next day, with pushups and strength training on the wii, I sweat alot but really don't have that rock hard feeling the next day, nor am I sore the next day. I can't wait until I get paid next month, and I can ride my bike to the gym...its a costly membership (50 bucks a month!) but I think it will be worth it just for the weights. I also hope to get off this medication(s) for high blood pressure.
After I did the strength training I had a protein shake (116 cal) and a glass of fat free milk (90 cal)
