Peeing Brown. Given the swelling pain of my kidneys this is not a good sign. Time to back off the exercise and let my kidneys recover. :( Will get some blood tests if thing don't settle after tomorrow. Looks like I have no choice but to really master the art of controlling food intake. Still doing well with eating less. Just having issues now with my exercise since the water fast attempt and my damn kidneys.
 
This is pretty much how I damaged my Kidneys. Through intensive exercise. The form of Rhabdomyolysis I manifested for myself is called Exertional rhabdomyolysis. It goes in hand with my autistic and compulsive nature. It's becoming quite more prevalent in today's society.

Thankfully my pee is looking much better this morning. I've taking this relapse seriously as the simple act of water fasting stressing my kidneys like so warrants special attention on my part. There is nothing the public medical system can tell me that I already don't know. Having said that though I am in dialogue with these people. A free service in the education of Kidney Disease:

I am keeping up moderate exercise with consistent fluid intake (just not too much) ... yadda yadda.

My eating less is gong excellent! A+

Good day of eating less! A morning smoothie, steamed veggies with fava beans for lunch and a salad for dinner. Given I make all my own food it does not take long for the washing up to pile up. There was a few days worth piling up but thankfully I got on top of that today. :)

We not long got a little bench top dishwasher that hook up to the kitchen tap. Excellent for when I keep on top of things and still useful when there I let things slip. Cut the huge pile down quick for me once I loaded it up. Only had a few large items to so these days I pretty much wipe down the benches everything I wash up. Can't say I made the time to do that so much before getting the dishwasher.

Glad your kidneys seem to be recovering Dave!
We're lucky in that G loves cooking & I don't mind doing dishes. I also have a beautiful view from the kitchen sink, which helps. Even though I'm not the cook I designed the kitchen & it's a really good working space. I decided against a dishwasher.
Home cooking is the best!
 
Currently working on a CKD diet. One in which is low in sodium, phosphate protein. After researching trigger foods and the responses on the digestive systems ... a lot of it RINGS TRUE for me. I will admit that a CKD diet requires a LOT of investigation and knowledge on food preparation and portion control.

I'm going to give it a good go and see how I feel after two weeks. Micro nutrients supplementation will play a role given the exclusion of so many beatifically food types. I'm still awaiting test results with the intention to see a specialist of all my lvls look good. I'm still suffering with kidney pain and wake up feeling like I have been booted in the right side of my back under my rib cage where it then throbs for the rest of the day. Eating all the foods high in sodium, phosphate and proteins (especially animal proteins) heightens the pain.

This will be interesting to see where it leads. CKD is a silent killer. All those times working in the fields under the crop dusters is finally catching up with me.
 
Update on my Kidney Issues:

Kind of accounts for the pain I often go through when water fasting as well as the constant pain in my right kidney area. Fluid build up by the look of it. Will have to make a following up appointment for sure. I guess things could be worse.

PS - Photobucket put a LOT of people out with its latest changes. Just giving reason to why all my previously embedded images are no longer shower. The ones I have hosted thorough Photobucket that is ... somehow I think I might have bigger issues by the look of things. Is what it is I guess. Will just have to drink less ... which is not exactly a good thing. Sigh. Or drink the same amount but much slower and get much of my hydration through my food. I'm sure I'll work it out.
