She was too right about the calories, I upped them on Tuesday and this is Thursday and already seeing a result YAY.

If it makes you feel any better, I didn't officially work out either, although I did walk some today...sometimes, I think our body just needs a break! Just can't break for too long, or it becomes a habit! Just get back at it tomorrow, and you'll feel better for it!

Been busy and didn't login here for a week. I ordered Insanity, I'm kind of scared but excited too..


I lost three pounds from the last time I weighed in here. I'm 153 now. 11 pounds from goal. Whew, glad it's moving again!


I've maintained my workouts and also did a physical fitness test. My 2 miles is down to 18:49 now. I'm still a bit away from the 15 mins I want it to be but I'm getting there!


Still walking seven days a week for about 35 miles a week. I've been doing that for years and apparently that has paid off big time. According to the wellness clinic, my resting heartrate is 52 !!! I was shocked because when I walk, I never really break a sweat. It must be the consistency. Seven days a week of walking 4+ miles for years has given me the heart rate of a professional athlete. COOL.
