Well I had my husband take my body fat this morning after not eating/ drinking for 10 hrs (when I woke up this morning).
I'm 5'5'', 121 lbs, 25 yrs old, good muscle tone (always want more), weight training 4-5 days a week and running 5 days a week.
We did the 7 site. I insisted that he pinch all there was to pinch on me til it hurt..We tested each site 3 times to make sure we have correct amount on each site.
Anyway, did the formula and it came back and said i had 16.4% body fat.. Is that good for a female,, what should my goal be? And what is too low for a female?
