Hey All!
First off let me say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to comment and compliment, it means a lot to me
You guys are an awesome group of people.
Okay to answer all the questions. I'm 5ft 3. To lose the weight I basically work out 5 days per week when possible. I do 30 mins of cardio (sometimes a little more), abs and leg weights every day. I do weights (arms one day, back and shoulders the next, chest the following). I have large tata's so I decided to work them out pretty good so they don't sag as much after weight loss however I have started to notice them droop a wee bit. Grrrrr! I also spend a good amount of time walking my dog. I hit a plateau recently but, soon got over it when I changed my workout.
I pretty much live on plain tuna, chicken breast, ton's of veggies (especially green ones), fat free cottage cheese, protein shakes, blueberrys, apples, grapes, cheerios, fat free milk and when I do eat rice, pasta or bread it's ALWAYS whole grain and when I eat potato's I don't put butter on them. I drink 12 glasses of water per day, I never drink anything else (besides the 5 beers I have 2 weeks ago
) I'm learned to discipline myself. When I feel the craving for something sweet I'll have a half cup of cottage cheese with pureed fruit in it or a small bowl of Fruit Harvest cereal, both very tasty.
I joined 'The Biggest Loser' competition at my gym. They are sneaky, they hold it over the holiday season
So, no pies, egg nog, piles of mashed potato's or stuffing for me this year.
Just a turkey salad. Oh and a few beers.....c'mon, I earned them! A girls gotta have a little fun. 
Today I'm at 166. Thats a total weight loss so far of 33 pounds. It's been tough but, it's all worth it! I'm not finished yet, I'd like to lose 36 more pounds. I'm confident about the rest of my journey, I know I have the willpower to do it and with the support and encouragement from my amazing boyfriend I feel like I can conquer anything!
Keep at it guys, don't give up!
