What followed was a year of running, cycling, weights and diet!

Yes sir you kicked some major ass! :eek2: That is awesome. :coolgleamA: Great job! :hurray:

Add swimming to your resume and you could be a heck of a triathlete. Especially being so young, you could really be something else by the time you reached my age (31).

I've thought about swimmimng actually, heard it was one of the best calourie burning activities you can do!?

Thank you all soooo much! it was sooo hard to shift the weight but it had to be done or it would have ruined me! The weight put all sorts on hold, girls mainly as my confidance was shattered! Hell i'm still a vergin now at 21 although it does not bother me as i feel great now! :)

But i still have a little left to work on, not much, mainly my lower back and bum hehe, they look ok but still have little flab to them but that will shift in time. I now have pecs, abbs and rally large defined leg muscles so all that should eat away at the fat that is left right? I'm still gunna hit the gym to get bigger with muscle and reach my goal but as we all know these things take time.

Its just mental hangups that have followed me and its a pain! i feel that any imperfections are gunna scare people (mainly girls lmao) away so i get really self consious even now. But i just have to grit my teeth and snap out of it i suppose, oh and if anyone was wondering how i did it i walked, cycled (off road as fast as i could for sometimes 3 hours) and did weights.

Xx

Hello again everyone! Thanks for all your feedback!!! :)

Erm, i need some advice, i've kind of hit a wall.....

I work out pretty much everyday (mainly cardio), weather it be off roading on my mauntain bike for ages or power walking for 30 to 60 mins on my treadmill. I watch my calouries and have cut about 400-500, Anyway.....i have got one last bit of fat i wanna shift and nothing seems to be working?? I have a fatish lower back and bum with some fat on my inner thighs, not bad but as part of my goal i want rid of it and to get toned. Is it true that it will take longer to lose fat from these areas as they were the first places i put it on??? Any tips?

Much love everyone! Xx

You can't keep thinking like this. You should be thrilled that you changed your life by losing 90 pounds (around there, right?). Women pick up on confidence, and your confidence will rise if you learn to be happy with your appearance.

I bet you're getting a lot more looks and attention from random women now than you were before you lost the weight. Doesn't that make you feel good about yourself and what you've accomplished so far?

Congrats on the weight loss, and keeping the weight off!

I agree with you m8, i do need to stop thinking about the hangups and focus on where to go from here :) and i shall deffo be keeping it off! for dam sure!!!!

Its sooooo easy to put weight on than to burn off...people need to realise this, i wish i had know how hard it would be to lose 5 years ago then maybe i would not be on this forum. You guys and gals have all been sooo inspiring to me and many more folks in my situation! So thanks from me to you all! Xx

I find it really hard to believe that you are having "hangups" about your body. You are def hot and out of my league. You are so cute!

Hey, that's really cool that you lost all that weight...it's really inspirational. What exactly did you do for an exercise regiment? I mean, you said you did running, cycling, and weights, but what was the routine for it? Anyways, congrats on your success. You look great. =)
