Managed to get to my heaviest. It is amazing to me how people can get determined and loose weight. Earlier this month I reached my heaviest and was sadly pleased to see that my husband was on the heavier side too. I am not alone in this... Of late have been going to the gym with a friend, but now can force husband to go too on weekends... needa work on maybe getting us to go in the mornings, but we like sleep and food. I seem to be getting over a denial/accepting phase of my weight. Just need to figure out what works... stress with a new job of course does not help, but I can do this and will do it.
