Tomorrow 22 January 2016 I will start on my path to a new me. In the school year of 2013-14 I gained 30 lbs and it is that 30 lbs that I need to loose to go from the middle of the overweight scale back to the middle of the normal weight scale. Boobs and ass according to my fiance look great, and he does not want me to loose the ass, but for me I feel heavy, out of shape and done. I need a change, I do not want to be obese like my parents and grandparents, I want control. That 30 lbs the first year of college was the mentality of having to finish everything on my plate, the following summer I lost 10-15, but now I have 10 back due to a love to eat. Loosing the weight I know will have to be a combo of diet and exercise, but I have been afraid of diet out of fear of anorexia and those issues. To loose this weight though I need to diet, as eating healthy does not do it as I have too many unhealthy relapses. To prevent anorexia I have a fiance that does not like super skinny girls, and a BMI calculator that I will keep so that I will never go under what is considered the normal weight for me. My latest food relapse has been with ice cream, which after eating a box in one day I had given up in August with the exception of smoothies and party's, the relapse occurred with Sonic over winter break, and between last night and this morning eating 4/5 of a carton of chocolate ice cream soaked in caramel and chocolate sauce. Absolutely delicious, but I know it was not good, and the guilt of it sucks. I have come to the conclusion that I have a problem and I need to take a hold of it. I turn 21 soon and I want to go into that stage of my life at a normal weight, which for me with clothes is 8 lbs.
Long term goal: the loss of 25 lbs for a healthy future
2nd Long term goal: mentally not feel guilty about not finishing what is on my plate, and learn to save food for later, even if it is only a bite or two.
Short term goal: loss of 8lbs by 21st birthday
2nd Short term goal: maintaining a normal weight until at least my wedding early this summer.
