my abs

Needs more development. Squats and deads my friend.
 
I agree with Champ. Get doing those squats and deads, throw in some pullups and reverse crunches on a decline with some weight and your golden. Not a bad start at all though, they are looking pretty damn good :D

Hey how did did u get your abs to be so defined??

how many sit ups and such did you do?a day?
I am willing to take any advice!
I am trying to focus on my abs but im at a standstill
