J jenn 0 Jun 17, 2006 #5 I agree with Champ. Get doing those squats and deads, throw in some pullups and reverse crunches on a decline with some weight and your golden. Not a bad start at all though, they are looking pretty damn good

F fit_4_life 0 Sep 16, 2006 #10 thanks guys, i usualy do close to 200 sit ups a day and i play soccer so i get a lot of cardio too
