.....I have a plan. I am going to stick with what I'm doing but be more careful on the weekends. I a still having problems with my weekend binging. Scheduling and planning works well for me so I have to commit to sticking to my plan through the WEEKEND. I even think I'm going to go to the gym on Saturday mornings. I also try to eat better after i go to the gym because I don't want all my hard work to go to waste. I hope everyone is doing well. I can get online as often as I use to because my work load has really picked up.
You can do it! I totally believe it's possible but just takes a lot of determination!! Can't wait to hear how it goes! Any pointers that work send them my way!
