Hey Janvier! I had a great weekend.... My husband and I got away for one day (It was our anniversary) We enjoyed each other so much. Some times it's hard to steal time away when you have other things pulling you in other directions.
 
I am having an awesome day!!! I am OP and I have 5 AP for today. I worked out on the cross-trainer (elliptical) on my lunch break. I am determined to make this week a very good week. I didn't have a official weigh-in this week because of the holiday. So next Monday, I hope to have an awsome WI. I hope to see a 4-5lb loss. My meal plan is the same:
B-Special K (1 1/2 cups), 1/2 cup of skim milk, banana (5pts)
S-Granola bar (2pts)
L-SmartOnes (5pt)
S-Apple
D-Grilled chicken, salad
S-Fudgesicle
 
That's so nice you had a fun weekend with your husband - sometimes when we get busy we forget how much we miss time alone!

Thanks Lisa! I really do cherish any alone time I can get with my man. It's so easy to get wrapped up in being a mom, daughter, sister or an employee, that sometimes I forget about that one very important role (wifey). I think I have one of the best men on this planet. So I need to start acting like it.

Hello all, so I've been MIA for a couple of days. So let's start with Monday. I had WI on Monday after a very long two weeks. I was up 2lbs. I was so upset. It' took everything in me not to cry in my meeting but I told my leader I was up this week and she asked the group how many times they had been up throughout there journey and everyone raised their hands. My WW leader said I needed to learn how to except my weight gaine and figure out why it happened. She told me that if I get upset about it then I might make it worse. So the group gave me alot of great tips to help me get back on track. I love WW and I really feel like I'm in the right place. So this week has been pretty good. I have been OP every day. I have worked out 40mins on the elliptical every day. I really feel like I'm back in control. I am looing for a 2lb loss next Monday. I really would like to loss like 3-4lbs this week but my leader said never set your weekly goal higher then the norm. Always strive to loss 1-2lbs a week, if you loss more then that let it be a bonus. So my meal plan for the day is:
B-WW bagel, FF cream cheese 4oz coffee, FF creamer, 1pack of splend(3pts)
S-apple (1pt)
L-SmartOne (5pts)
S-yogart (1pts)
D-Grilled chicken, mixed green salad, FF catalina (7pts)
S-Fudge bar (0pts)
 
I have been to many weigh-ins where I was up - and two pounds isn't bad at all - it could be many factors involved too! Long weekends always do it for me - the extra day of not having a routine really messes things up. You sound like you are back on track and in the right mind set so I think you will do great next Monday! Monday is such a hard day to have a weigh-in too - I would never be down if I weighed in MOndays, lol!! Even my mom asked if we could go back to Wednesday weigh-ins because it worked better for her but Friday definitly works best for me so we are just going to go on different days because what works for one doesn't always work for the other.

I have looked for other WW meeting in my town but there are none. I really hate Monday WIs because I feel like in order for me to lose weight i have to have a perfect weekend which almost never happens. I would love for my WI to be on Friday bc I work so hard during the week. But I guess I will have to figure out how to do better on the weekends so I can see results.
 
I just hate it when the scale doesnt go the way I want it to go....but it happends. Reading back your food and exercise log is a big help in understanding what happen, but sometimes some things are just no in your controle. Congrats for getting back into a good frame of mind you should see good results at your next weight in! Do you also take your measurments?
 
Hello All, It's Monday!!!!! which means it's WI day for me. I am excited. I have worked very hard all week and I did pretty well this weekend. I managed to get a little exercise in this weekend and I ate well. I have stuck to my plan for 6 days now. I am not going to work out during lunch today. I will work out after I get off work. My meal plan for today is:
B-WW yogurt with granola (2pts)
S-grapes (1pt)
L-SmartOne (6pts)
S-10 ranch rice cakes (2pts)
D-Grilled chicken and mixed green salald (7pts)
S-fudge bar-(1pt)
Total of 19pts so I have about 5 point to use. I may add something in with dinner.
 
Loss 3.8lbs:party:...... So, so excited. I want to do it again next week. Hard work does pay off. I'm gonna track my foods and exercise 6 days this week (just like last week. Just when I'm on top of the world, someone bought donuts for the staff for breakfact. But that's ok. I don't even want them. I am on top of the world and I am not going to let donuts bring me down.
My husband is jumping on and off the band wagon with being supportive. I decided last Friday that I wanted to exercise after work instead of during lunch because I was getting way to sweaty to come beack to work without showering. And I also wanted to get another 10 or 15 minutes in on my exercising. At first he was like, that should be ok, but yesterday when I exercised after work, he was upset with me when I got home. I am trying very hard to be fair with this but he just don't get it. I can not cater to him and loss weight. I am trying to compromise but he makes it hard sometimes. It always has to be his way or no way.........
Well any who, moving on. My meal plan for today is:
B-Bagel thins, FF Cream Cheese, coffee (4pts)
S-Apple(1pt)
L-baked chicken, green salad, FF French dressing (5pts)
S-WW yogurt (1pt)
D-1cup of hamburger helper made with ground turkey, green beens (7pts)
Thats a total of 19pts so I am sure I will be adding in a couple of points for snacks. My points have gone down from 25 to 24 so I need to be careful not to go over.

That's too bad about your husband - I hope he comes around when he realizes how happy it makes you and how bad you want this for both of you! The healthier you are the better wife you will be! Keep it going strong - I know you can pull it off again next week!! It's all that hard work and no luck so keep pushing on!

You are so right. If I can't be home 5 minutes after I get off work, it's always a problem.:cuss: But he is going to have to deal with it because he has no reasons why I can't workout after work. He has no where to go...... I believe when he starts to see all the improvements of my body and my attitude he will be happy. So your right!!!
 
Theresa I am SO proud of you!!! My goodness girl 3.8 pounds is HUGE! You are doing so amazing! I am sorry your husband isn't being more supportive, I wish he would see how happy its making you! Don't let it get to you and bring you down, remember how good you feel right now and use it as your motivation and strength, plus we are always here for you to keep you pumped and working hard. Keep it up your doing great!

It's Friday!!!:auto: I love Fridays. I don't have much planned for this weekened but my house needs to be cleaned very, very, bad so I guess thars what I will do. I have my meals planned out and I am going to work out at lunch today so I can get home on time. Nothing real interesting going on with me. Just trying to stay on task. I hope everyone has a great Friday and a good weekend as well. Oh, before I forget, my meal plan for today is:
