Cheers Bronsk & M2M! I am starting my diary entry a bit early today as I am on my break and cannot be bothered to race out on delivery. Also I am typing very slowly as I am using my right hand only .... left hand is feeling a bit strained after spending all my free time on here over the past week and a half!
So far feeling good today, and looking forward to changing my signature to 2 days!!
Breakfast: Porridge as usual (450 cals)
Lunch: 40g rice cakes, 60g goats cheese, 1 slice of ham and 3 toms (380 cals)
Also, I got my 80s play list done yesterday, and the 80s quiz we are going to hand out at the party .... which reminds me, I must go on play now and buy the prize .... a cheesy 80s movie box set!!
