I want to add "Time" to my diet. I want to start making smaller meals, and consuming them more slowly and adding time as a factor. Eat the meal, slowly, and take time to let my body feel full, since we all know that our bodies don't feel full until 15 mins or so after we are full. While waiting on Time to kick in, I will sip water and smile.
 
I was going to post bits of this, but it's worthwhile putting the link. I know that exercising outdoors really boosts my mood & helps me to eat healthier as well. Just a simple walk will do the trick.
