Hey! Well I'm a 15 year old girl from Nebraska, and I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight before this trip I'm taking this summer.
I've been asking a lotta people about good ideas for workouts and such, but I think I just need to break down a start RUNNING! I think that's my best bet. I pretty much hate running. I love the thought of it. I WISH I could enjoy going for a run every morning, but I just DON'T. What I need now is motivation. I have a treadmill in my basement. I want to try to jog/run about 3 days a week. My problem is motivation. How can I make the time go by quicker?! How can I not have the whole thing be, like, a COUNTDOWN for me to be FINISHED?! The couple times I have used my treadmill this past year, I listened to music. That helps, but I need more motivation!
OH and if I'm going to be jogging 3 times a week, how long should I jog for? I should I have a distance goal instead?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
