hey i am slowly going into my cutting phase and i was wondering about the idea of the. jogging when u wake up on an empty stomach having heard it burns fat the fastest, stopping before going into a catabolic state. i'm curret 170lbs and 20% bf. i've read protienboy's thread and got some feed off that but i'm trying to lose fat fast and not to loose that much muscle, i plan on jogging around around 3 times a week and add in weighting 2 or 3 times, full body, what do you guy think?
