So we had Ophelia hit us yesterday in Ireland. Thank goodness it wasn't as bad as they had predicted it to be and it went a different route then they had predicted which definitely made all the difference for us. We lost power for a few hours and had some stuff blown into the garden oh and our cat got an awful fright when I opened the door after 15 minutes of him meowing to get out needless to say he decided to stay in and stop meowing lol.

Breakfast: Blueberry wheats cereal with skimmed milk, and clementines.

Lunch: Steak, rice & broccoli

Dinner: Homemade chicken soup with cabbage, potato & broccoli

Miscellaneous: 1 Hot chocolate, 3 cans of diet coke, 1 curly wurly bar

All in all the food was ok but because I was at home I snacked on chocolate and had a hot chocolate drink while it was really chilly and windy out. I have my weigh in this evening so we will see how that is.
 
Glad it wasn't as bad as expected. At work I received an email telling us that our Dublin office was closing because of it, which made the reality hit! Hope the weigh in went well :)
 
I'm glad you're safe & I'm very glad we don't get such extreme weather conditions here. Even strong wind I find scary!
 
Weigh in was a success I lost just over half a kg that makes it 5.4kg lost since joining slimming world so I am delighted and I can definitely feel it in my clothes all my jeans are now falling down so I have to put a belt on and my tops fit much more comfortably. I think I was in denial that I was a size 20 so I just squashed myself in a size 18 so now the 18's are fitting better if even a little bit big. :hurray: Food yesterday went well too and I packed myself lunch for today.

Breakfast: Poached eggs with smoked salmon & a clemtine

Lunch: Chicken, brown rice, roasted butternut squash, broccoli, rocket and a little bit of balsamic vinegar

Dinner: Steak, mexican rice (rice with tomatoes, spices, beans & peppers), Asparagus and red pepper

Miscellaneous: 2 liters of water, 1 diet coke, a skinny latte with sugar free caramel( I used to have these but the full sugar and full fat all the time but as a treat this one was just as good)

Exercise: 20 minute cycle and 30 minute walk.
 
It really does feel awesome! Yesterday was not a great day food wise but not the worst I had a super duper busy day so I was so tired when I got home I didn't want to put much effort into food.

Lunch: Baked potato with baked beans and chicken and an apple

Dinner: Cous Cous, breaded chicken (my mother in law left them in the house and it was going to go off so I ate it) and asparagus

Miscellaneous: chocolate buttons, 2 liters of water, 3 diet coke, 3 light laughing cow cheese

Exercise: 20 minutes cycle, 30 minute walking
