So I have a new strategy for today. TEA. I used to drink it like it was going out of style. Gives me the flavor & some water I guess. I'm talking the flavored herbal teas, not just black sweet tea.
So today has been interesting so far... I lost my frickin pedometer! I wear it daily, usually keep track of it really good... take it off as I get into the Pjs, pop it on first thing in the morning. ... not yesterday evidently. I had a major panic attack yesterday after a run in with a bee in the target parking lot (I'm borderline agoraphobic -which has been acting up a bit more than I like lately & extremely allergic to bees & haven't been carrying an epipen) anyway the bee & the crowd was more than I was up for I guess..... I was scattered a bit yesterday so I have no clue if I dropped it or just placed it in a new spot that made sense at the time or what... argh.
