well the good side is you are safe & you don't have to shave your legs when you don't want to. :) Plus better to be solo than with some creep who is nasty & doesn't know what they're doing! Just think of all the awkward moments afterward & regrets you have passed on... those months wondering if there was a mistake or if you needed to be tested for something...
 
since i wear skirts occassionally now, I still have to shave my legs -plus it gives me a few milli ounce edge ont he scale -I need every advantage -i'd shave my head if i thought it owuld help :D

I am having one of those challenging calorie days.

I could so easily eat two days worth right now.

I had a egg/cheddar/salsa burrito with 2 strawberries & a few bites of cantaloupe with sweet tea & water this morning.

Now I just had lunch pita/small bit of honey turkey/cheddar slice with a small portion of BBQ chips & A dried fig.

I'm already at 920 of my 1290-1640 daily calorie limit.

I really want a sugar cookie, or vanilla soy yogurt something sweet, (that fig didn't cut it) but at the same time I know I will want dinner tonight too! & I always hit a wall at 3pm where I need to eat something to get my brain moving again. I have started eating a healthy good fiber rich low fat cereal with soymilk instead of chocolate croissants & such....

argh. Just have to plug on through & remember that time passes whether or not I do end up eating it all & that this is a game I have to play again tomorrow. Is it really worth it to be up more calories than I'm shooting for? I WANT to lose by the end of the week... I want it more than that freshly baked iced halloween sugar cookie downstairs.. I swear I do... argh..

sorry just working through the crunch.
 
I have a hard time around 3pm too. I hate it. I struggle. Lately I have been eating a fun size baby ruth bar. Good Luck. If you find any tips... let me know. lol.

Just keep busy and it will pass!!I have my meals set
as BREAKFAST 7AM then I go back to sleep until 11pm lol feed the kids
lunch 1st so by NOON I fix mine and I eat it 12-12:30 then have my snack at
2-2:30 PM,dinner at 5:00 snack between 7-8 and if I gewt hungry again before bed I snack on grapes watermelon FF jello something with the fewest calories.Your doing gr8 and sorry I haven't been in for a while I run out of time trying to get to everyone that stops by my diary.Have a nice weekend Tammy

I know how you feel about those munchies. Some days I just want to eat non-stop. I find protein can really help with that. Eat some lean chicken or something high in protein that isn't crazy in calories.
 
So I have a new strategy for today. TEA. I used to drink it like it was going out of style. Gives me the flavor & some water I guess. I'm talking the flavored herbal teas, not just black sweet tea.

So today has been interesting so far... I lost my frickin pedometer! I wear it daily, usually keep track of it really good... take it off as I get into the Pjs, pop it on first thing in the morning. ... not yesterday evidently. I had a major panic attack yesterday after a run in with a bee in the target parking lot (I'm borderline agoraphobic -which has been acting up a bit more than I like lately & extremely allergic to bees & haven't been carrying an epipen) anyway the bee & the crowd was more than I was up for I guess..... I was scattered a bit yesterday so I have no clue if I dropped it or just placed it in a new spot that made sense at the time or what... argh.

What I've been doing for a while, is on the weekend, I'll hardboil up abunch of eggs, and leave them in the fridge that way when i have a munchie fit _ I can peel an egg - 70 calories wtih he yolk, 20 without it... .and if im being fancy I'll cut it in half, toss the yolk, and fill the yolk hole withsalsa
 
MG, let me just say that I have had a hellish week at work...and I just read the past few days worth of entries in your diary and I'm giggling. You gals crack me up. You made my Friday! Have a great weekend and keep fighting the battle.

I'm going to research today to find a natural means of an appetite suppressor if such things exist. I've been super hungry all week and have totally blown my diet....I really need to manage my hunger levels better! Maybe some more low cal snacks?? Hum...
 
Herbal Tea's are great! I like mixing them (iced) with a bit of lemonade. YUMMM. Sorry about your pedometers. But I don't blame you. I'm scared of bee's too!

Its 82 & MUGGY at the moment. For a change in pace we actually have dark clouds hovering yet still no rain yet! argh...

I think the next step in the water restrictions is implementing the "yeller smeller, brown go down" policy! That isn't going to work with me...
