Ok, much better yesterday, I may have overdone it slightly--I ate:

2583 calories
27%fat
32%carbs
41%protein

And I had a really good workout! Today I'll eat a little less, I wanna average 2300. I've got upper body today and normally that's a less intese work out :)

Thanks! I know I need to get those calories in me in order to build muscle. I don't want to bulk up or anything but I really wanna tone up as much as I can :) I've been thinking of posting pictures but I'm afraid lol...
 
So, I have to tell you guys a funny story. I was doing my squats yesteray--I'm so proud because as I mentioned before I had just upped my weights and started to up my reps from 4 to 6 then 8 using the 8 pound dumbbells...16 pounds total, I think I'm doing great cuz I'm going below parallel and everything.

Anyway normally I use the empty aerobics room but there was a class going on so I was in the main room, next to the squat rack (? the thing with the bar and the plates).

So this kid, and when I say kid I mean like 21 asks if I want to jump in. I told him I've never used it before. He said I should because it looks like I have really *strong* legs and 16 pounds is probably too light for me.

He shows me and I like it and I finish off my sets on it-talking to him the whole time cuz he's right there...but-and here is the funny part-at the end he gives me his phone number and says if I need a work out buddy to give him a call LOL

This sort of made my night, cuz I thought "Hee hee, I've still got it" I'm in my early 30's so it made my night :D Even if he was just being nice helping and 'older' lady lol

Ok, guys, in case you are wondering, I'm still doing my program. Eating is going well and my workouts as well.

I just haven't had the chance to write it all in...:)
