So, I started to up my weights! Tuesday I did 50 pounds for my deadlifts! (25 pounds in each arm) and I also started doing below-parallel squats with 16 pounds!(8 each arm)-only 4 at at a time though LOL...and by the last set I can only do 3...but I'll build it up...
My walking lunges I upped to 30 pounds (15 each arm)!!
This is a lot of weight for me and when I'm done I can feel the pain (so to speak)...
