Montana Before @ 155 Soon to be 130 !! :)

Hey! So I'm posting my befores.. eekkk... This Is me currently at 155.. I actually started at 165 but have since lost 10 lbs..YAY!

Height: 5 foot 7

So I've got 25 more to go...I'm Shooting for June First to reach my goal.

I'm Lucky enough to have my extra weight pretty evenly spread over my body... lets just hope it comes off evenly...lol...I've probably just jinxed myself by just saying that!

Oh and excuse the not-so-great quality of the pictures....:ack2:

yes she does look good NOW!! Those are some good looking before pics.

But good luck with your Goal weight!! Should be pretty easy since you dont have much to lose! Should be an even bigger knock out when your at your goal
 
I agree. You already look awesome and even 10 lbs is a big deal when you don't have much to lose. Work hard and you will soon reach your goal.
 
You look awesome right now so you'll look awesome x 1000 when you hit your goal weight. Good luck!!
 
Thank you so much Guys!!!! Your all really sweet :) 10 Lbs is def more noticeable when you don't have too much to lose... which is nice cause' seeing change is what keeps me going ! Im really excited to reach my goal and see how I look in comparison.
 
Tell us a little bit about your excercise routines and eating habbits. Also, how long did it take you to lose 10 lbs?
 
your gorgeous hun!! I'm around 5'7 as well and you are actually at my goal weight!! You are definately gonna look amazing at 130!
 
Best to you regarding your goal. I agree, your starting canvas is beautiful... only going to get better to!
 
Gotta agree with pretty much everybody here. Even with what you look like now, I can only imagine what you will look like when you hit your goal.

Even thou your lookin great now I guarrentee your quote from your diary will definitely come true. You will definitely be "130 and eeffnn sseexxyy".

Tell us a little bit about your excercise routines and eating habbits. Also, how long did it take you to lose 10 lbs?

It took about a month or so to lose the ten ( the month of Jan) but I wasn't being consistent with my diet or exercise so I maintained all of Feb (thank goodness)
But now I've got myself onto a clear plan and so far so good!!

As for eating.. I am a vegetarian so that right there cuts out lots of bad things without even trying (no fast food for this girl!) but being a non meat eater you have to be careful your not loading up on a lot of starches carbs etc cause thats way too easy to do :) I eat a lot of fruit, veggies, tofu, soy products, a LOT of different beans/letils and I do eat some dairy like cottage cheese and yogurt. Don't get me wrong though... I do love me some chocolate :drool5: I try to give myself little guidelines like.. eat a salad every day or whatever.... I'm also trying out having a 1 cheat meal a week ( mhhh eggplant parmesannnnn) and 1 treat a week. we'llll seee how that goes :)

On the exercise side of things.. this is what I;m doing right now.

Week 1

Mon- Upper Body Strength Training + Warmup Cardio
Tues- Cardio Intervals
Wed- Lower Body Strenth Training + Warmup Cardio
Thurs- Steady State Cardio
Fri- Upper Body Strength Training + Warmup Cardio
Sat- Cardio Intervals
Sun- REST DAY!!!

Week 2

Mon- Lower Body Strength Training + Warmup Cardio
Tues- Steady State Cardio
Wed- Upper Body Strength Training + Warmup Cardio
Thurs- Cardio Intervals
Fri- Lower Body Strength Training + Warmup Cardio
Sat- Steady State Cardio
Sun- REST DAY!

And then I alternate weeks.

Thanks!! I'm pretty much on a mission to get what I want ... LOL... The workout program seems to be good so far.. gives me enough variety that I don't get bored... and enough consistency that I can remember what I'm doing :p
 
we have the same starting weight, almost same goals. you can do it hun!! just stay consistent and results will come. dont give up when you get closer to your goal weight and start loosing less!!! thats my only advice. good luck with your goals :)
 
Thanks so much! yah I honestly notice more change in how I look than in my weight... which is why I'm avoiding weighing myself tooooo much :) but Im feeling healthier and more fit and I'm def enjoying that.... I'm at the point where I don't care how long it takes me to get to where I want to be.. I'm just going to keep working my but off until it happens! Good luck with your goal as well!! your sooo close!!
 
WOW!! I just wanna say you look GREAT now. I wish I had your body :) But hey I cant knock you for wanting to be healthy in all. You do what you feel more comfortable to be in your own skin. Good luck to you girl. Stay positive! And drink your WATER!! ;)
