I think you look great! That workout plan seems very similar to the Body for Life program. What you are doing for the most part??? That is what I am doing exactly with the exercise. Well like I said you look good. Keep up the good work. You will be at your goal in no time!!! :seeya:

Yes my workout sched. is a lot like BFL... I actually loosely followed the program a few years back... and this time around I took what I liked from it and went from there... I just really like how it rotated the muscle groups each week.. gives me some variety :) I do more cardio though than the BFL program... 3 times a week a mix of interval and steady state ...plus an extra 30 min on my weight training days.

P.S ( I'm def not forgetting to drink my water :) very Important)

BW: 162.2
CW: 158
GW: would be happy at 140, but REALLY would jump for joy at 130!
**Strive to be at 140 by May 17 ~ my 32nd birthday!

Not a vegetarian, but try very hard to maintain 1200 daily caloric intake

Work out routine:
MON: Shoulders/core + 20 minutes cardio w/ intervals
TUES: biceps/back + 20 minutes cardio w/ intervals
WED: triceps/chest/core + 20 minutes cardio w/ intervals
THUR: legs + 20 minutes cardio w/ intervals
FR: core + 20 minutes cardio w/ intervals
SAT: 45 minutes cardio
SUN: off day

I am adding a YOGA class twice p/ week beginning this week.

I began my journey on FEB 9th and experienced inconsistencies, adjustments, change in workout routine by adding weights rather than cardio ONLY... I think it would be great to have someone w/ the same goal in helping keep me from getting side tracked as I did this weekend by indulging in a brownie w/ ice cream! Now that I feel guilty I'm back on track & getting my mind straight by refocusing. I would like to check in every week for us each to relay our accomplishments, tribulations, etc for the week. Let me know if you would like to take me up on this. It would certainly make me become more accountable! Congrats on your accomplishments so far... very motivational!
