This week wound up being a bit depressing. I worked out 4 times, I ate right, it was my first week trying to lose since March and the result was, I was up .5 pounds on the scale today from last Monday. I won't let the scale dictate things, but you know when you start really working at weight loss you get one of those huge drops usually because of water. I didn't get any such luck. I'm not letting it mess me up. In fact I'm off to work out in a bit, but I really wish I had something concrete to show for a lot of hard work.
