Only a short ride tonight. Dropped the bike off for another service and crank upgrade. It’s 7km or so from home so rode there, walked back then onto the weights. I’m working on bench press, curl, reverse flies and dumbbell dead lifts. I don’t yet have a good routine for core strength training yet though.
I’m trying a few different ways but I’m not in love with any of the movements at this point.My guess is you'll get a good routine in no time!
So....I'm thinking the downhill section would be all I would enjoy!!
