I think I was still recovering from the weekend yesterday and felt tired. Today I feel great and I'm going to go to the gym in a little while. Unfortunately I have a work dinner tonight which means a 3 course meal
But I figure if I go to the gym first it will be something. Now that I've said it I can't back down. I'll be on tomorrow with my progress.

I feel great now and am full of ambition to go again first thing tomorrow morning...I downloaded a 30 minute walk-run program onto my ipod and it was really good. If anyone is interested in starting to run I'd recommend it. Its a nine week program by a guy called robert ullreys and its free to download. I've started on week one and its just one minute running, 1.5 minutes walking. So very basic but perfect for me!! This is the link:
