Things around the house have been pretty busy as I am trying to clean the house and keep it running smoothly for alex so that when dh gets home for good here in the next day or so it won't be so much change for little man. I don't want him getting to upset that daddy is home and all with the changes that it will be on the house hold. anyways.. i am still working out and trying my best to eat as healthy as possible. I put school on hold until January but it worked out for the best cause this way i get to relax for the holidays and it is also going to be cheaper in the long run for me as far as school goes so thats a relief in itself.. haha anyways i weighed in at 235.8 lbs for 11/19/2007 which is my little sisters b-day so i'm hoping to see 234 on the scale on saturday if not 233 which would be lovely.. haha but not pushing it.. anyways i'll be back later today to put my food and exercise in that i do today.. as i am going to head to bed here in a few minutes cause its almost 1am and i want to get up early and clean as much as i can incase hubby calls me in the morning to tell me he will be home that night. haha

Thanks Cerella you know your a everyday part of my life too. I have even told dh about how we talk about everything just about.. haha he laughs at the fact that i can' talk to about problems between me and him and how it doesn't seem weird talking about such personal things with someone i have never met in person.

anyways... hubby's flight gets in tonight at 10pm which means i have to be at the airport by 9:45 so i can a parking space and all plus i have to pick up mil cause she wants to go see him tonight too.. lol ugh i was just hoping originally to be us so we could come home and spend time together alone but no such luck.. haha oh well i guess we will get to spend the holiday together that should be good enough for me.. haha.. anyways i'll update later as i got a ton of cleaning still left to do..

hubby's home for good....

Woohoo my man is home for good.. haha :hurray: I am so happy that he's home but at the same time kinda feel like :willy_nilly: cause i didn't sleep very well.. haha His flight got in at 1am last night and we didn't go to bed till 3am then my little boy woke me up at 6something this morning this hubby's friend called his cellphone at 7 something after i had just gotten back to sleep.. so i'm so ready to hit the bed already but no can do got tons of stuff to clean before turkey day tomorrow.. woohoo.. i love thanksgiving even when trying to lose weight and do things the healthy way..

anyways.. today has been ok as far as food but can't even remember have of what i ate all i know is i am about half way into my cal range as of 3:30pm and i still have dinner and one snack to eat.. haha.. anyways.. i'm going to go clean and hit the elliptical hard while dh is out of town with his boys.. cause when he comes home its all time for us.. and no one else.. haha

ok i'll be back to update in bout 3-5 hours.. haha since its 3:30 and i gotta get this stuff done before dinnertime.
 
Hey everyone... thanks for the support. Sorry I have been kinda hit and miss since hubby got home last week. I am still trying to lose weight and such but its been a little bit harder to fit it into my schedule with all the stuff we gotta do to get everything in line to pay for the bills and such.. boy am i glad i didn't go to school this semester like i had originally planned.. :coolgleamA:

Anyways.. just thought i would update that things are going well with my man being home and We are enjoying being back together and all that fun stuff.. Its been such a long time since we have felt completely relaxed and happy and now that its finally all starting to come back together it feels great. :p I don't remember the last time I felt this good about myself and how hubby and I are doing since before our son was born.. lol Anyways.. just an update on the homefront.

Weightloss wise I am still bouncing between 234 and 237.. ugh i am hoping to finally break the 234 number this week but we will see i guess... anyways today's my b-day and we are going to be totally busy today cause we are taking hubby's mom to school then going to a small town about 20 minutes away to get my b-day present that hubby planned.. We are having special sayings engraved on the inside of our wedding rings that i wanted to do before but never had the money to do.. so he thought that was a good idea to surprise me with.. he was going to try to do it without my knowing but i never take my wedding ring off.. unless doing the dishes and then i usually put my ring in my pocket so i don't lose it. Today's my bday and i can't sleep.. lol its 6:18am and i didn't even plan to be up this early.. i have actually been up since 4:30am yikes.. :smilielol5: I sure hope am not to tired later today.. cause we have tons to do and want plenty of energy for what dh and i have planned tonight..

Omg.. dh and i have been having fun a lot.. so i wouldn't be totally surprised if i get pregnant by the end of this month.. haha well we will see.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes.. the day was great. Food and exercise has been going good. Yesterday i hit the elliptical for the first time in 3 weeks. and boy did it feel great to work out on it but a little tiring too.. lol most of my exercise has been just sex and walking cause hubby likes to get pretty into things so hopefully that will help with the weightloss.. haha anyways i am going to hit the elliptical everyday this week and make sure that i have a good weigh in next week since i am not so sure what the scale is going to to do tomorrow.

anyways.. food is good and all but i gotta get going since hubby is going to be home in about 30 minutes and i wanna take a shower and get my son ready too. since we only have a few hours before hubby's doc appt.
I will update later as to how food and exercise goes today.

Hey everyone.. sorry I haven't posted much lately.. things have been kinda crazy around here and stuff since hubby got home last month.. anyways.. I'm still watching how many cals i eat and exercising.. So anyways.. tomorrow hubby and i are going to go check the gym out down the street from our house as both of us wanna get in shape and set a good example for our son. so thats my small update. see you all later

Hey everyone.. we went and checked out the gym... and i think we are going to join for good.. haha now to just decide on what plan we want and all that.. it has coed saunas and such and tons of equipment and a daycare to take little man so i don't have to find a babysitter for when hubby isn't home and i can go to the gym still. plus on saturdays and sunday's they have family swim time so we can take alex into the pool with us on those days and let him have some fun while its still cold outside he can swim indoors in a heated pool... so yay... well the scale is still playing games with me but my clothes are feeling looser and looser every day so thats a guess is a great move too.. well see you all soon.

like they have the works.I may really go 1 day lmao I have been saying that since I joined this forum ,I just have a phobia of not knowing where to start when I go and what machine 1st and wonder if I fall off of 1 or split my pants lol I have a ton of fears hahaha but my brothers gym has tanning beds for like xra $5 a month but no pools pewwwwy .I wish ya's all the best and how is SANTA coming along with his list lol?Mine is multiplying each day.Tammy

man i sure need to keep up with everything that is going on here. I think I am getting busy now.. just wait till i start going to school full time yikes... haha well anyways.. hope everyone is doing great with the weight loss while we are in this busy season. I am currently at 234.2 as of this morning.. so yay!!! now to get down even lower.. hopefully i will see 230 by the end of this challenge only two more weeks to lose 4.2 lbs.. i can do it hopefully..

now that i got hubby home he can push/kick my ass into gear just like i need to do with him.

Congratulations on your continued downward weight spiral! Wonderful that those pounds & ounces keep sliding off... Sure those extra "workouts" with DH must be helping some ;)

I seem to be a bit stuck at the moment but am very glad there has been no gain. I am on my treadmill like mad several days (5-6) per week, sweating like you know what! It stinks not to see it reflected on scale, but what can you do.

Anyway, hope you are enjoying this wonderful season, having your DH home where he belongs, and all the excitement and wonder that little ones have at this time of year, too.

Hey everyone.. well i think the newness of having hubby home finally wore off cause he's starting his old stuff again.. ugh. its so annoying to think that he wants to spend more time with his friends then he does with his wife and son. It hurts to think or feel this way but sometimes its hard not to when he was home in bed with me at 11:30 then his friend calls and he jumps outta bed to run to be with his friend.. ugh.. anyways that is my vent..

The good news is I can go to the gym and workout my frustrations anytime i want between 4am and 11pm monday through friday and 9-6pm saturday and sunday. but the daycare part is only open from 8am-1 and then 4-8 at the main gym we go to so if i wanna workout between 1pm and 4pm i have to go to one of the other two gyms that i can also use with my membership. We signed up for a 13 month contract which is 59 dollars a month for my husband and myself. its 20 dollars for anyone else who wants to join in with us and after the 3rd person its 10 dollars a month for everyone else.. so thats always nice. We paid for 3 months upfront so i'm good to go until midfebruary when they start charging us again. So here's to hoping to lose at least a good 20-30 lbs by middle of february... like i did before.

well i think hubby is finally home but not sure. so i'll see in a few minutes.. gotta go.

Good Every Early Morning to everyone. Hope the weekend was good to you all.. I know it was pretty crazy around my house. Besides getting christmas shopping outta the way hubby started school on Monday so from 4pm-10pm he's not home and my son isn't liking it one bit.. so i am going to really be in for it when daddy gets a actual job and is on the road for 2 weeks at a time... yikes...

Anyways.. I finally think i am starting to realize just how much of an effort I need to put in to keep the weightloss going.. haha... shouldn't have taken me this long... anyways.. i am finally going to keep my word. I told hubby's doctor that we would both try to lose 20 lbs by the time we seen her again in Mid- Feb.. so the countdown is on.. haha I weighed 237.8 when we seen her and he weighed 243 and that was on November 30th so so that means i gotta get down to 217.8 and he's gotta get down to 223 by mid feb. I think that is totally doable considering i lose more then that in the time i have been on this forum which hasn't even been 6 months yet. Ok well gotta push each other and now that we can both workout at the same time I think its going to be great... cause he wants to lose weight and ton up and i wanna lose tons of weight and really firm up... we are going to do what we can to get in tip top shape before the next little one comes around.. since i think its safe to say it didn't happen this month.. even though we hardly missed a day from the day he was home. I guess we will see what next month brings.. maybe i can give my mom a new grandbaby as her b-day gift which is Jan 17. lol i bet she would love that.. haha

Ok well I am planning on hitting the gym today and doing like 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the elliptical or bike not sure which one just yet.. anyways i'm going to try to lay back down as its 5:02am and my son is probably going to be awake for the day in the next couple of hours... and then the real fun begins.. lol as by the time its nap time for him i'm usually ready for one too.

ok see you later. i'll update food and exercise later tonight.. oh yeah i did walk a little over 5 miles yesterday throught the day.
