Exercise:
Have my first kick boxing/grappling class today since starting this. Going to be interesting!

-- Can of Tuna
-- 3/4 cup of Shrimp
-- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
-- 1/2 cup Shrimp
-- Turkey Breast
-- Protein Shake
-- Black Forest Ham
Calories: 1033
Protein: 187
Note: My weight is still the exact same. I'm feeling leaner and my gut is 2 inches down. Humph
